My sister is dead as far as I'm concerned because her greed not sharing in the inheritance?

Grandma was put in a home so care givers could take of her, while grandma was under deres my sister somehow convinced grandma to give her the entire estate, over $500,000 dollars. she didnt share one penny with me.

she somehow spends money like its going out of style gambling and buying her husband a corvette, when I was broke.

I've decided that she id dead.

she left a message on my voice machine the other day saying that she loved me and that she wasnt dead and yhat she loves me very much.
and told me i was acting ridiculious.

i never expected much from anyone but i think $500,000 is a lot of money and not to get one cent seems very odd to me.

i have always loved my sister and we always were friends but i just dont get it, she just seems greedy.

am i wrong thinking shes greedy. i mean it was my grandma too. she gave other people thousand of dollars but not me a cent.

its understandable that u feel this way, happened to my cousins where one daughter got her mom to make a new will while my aunt was dying of cancer and under the influence of morphine. to this day none of them speak to the sister who did this. i would have asked her about it before this. but its not something your going to get over easily, maybe never. family should never do this to family. u need to tell her how u feel about it. i definitely would have contested the will, if grandma was incompetent your sister took advantage of it. if it were me i don't think its something i could easily forgive.

What your sister did is against the law. She took advantage of an old woman and basically stole her money. If your grandmother is still alive, that money is hers and it should be used for her care.

Instead of worrying about you getting your share of the stolen money, some body should be reporting your sister to the authorities and have charges brought against her.

Yes as other have said take it to court. You won't have to pay a penny up front they will just get a % of what you receive. Greed can turn the best of families into misfits.

If you feel your sister got your grandma to sign papers while she was not in the right state of mind, you should see a lawyer - especially if the previous living will stated you would be receiving some inheritance money.

For one what your sister did was she is taking advantage of an ill person which is against the law. Hun go hire yourself an attorney and they will look into it.
It's not just the point she screwed you and who knows who else out of money. But what she did to your grandma was wrong!

I do not think that you are wrong for thinking that she is greedy for you are entitled to your own opinion.

However, I do think it is a bit much to say that she is "dead" to you over money. Yes, it is a good amount of money but not enough to "mentally" kill your sister over. I mean, you say she is greedy but you commit mental murder over money. What does that say about the size of your appetite?

The other side of the coin.
Could it be that your sister and not you was the one who visited and cared for the grandmother? That she didn't "influence" the grandmother with any thing other than normal human kindness? That your grandmother recognised the loving effort, and rewarded that?
That it was your grandmother's choice to cut you out because of something about you, your history with her, and not because your sister "made" her do it?
Did grandmother, or does your sister, have reason to believe that you wouldn't have used the money for a better life? That it would just be frittered away? Drugs, hanging with a bad crowd, other addictions? Could that be why grandmother didn't give you any?
In the end, short of being forced or manipulated, it was the grandmother's right to choose where the money went, and your sister's choice as to what she does with it.
