i have known him for 10 years and he hanged around with new people now he smokes and he is just turned 13 is he likes okay to do that though

No it's not okay...they can lead to cancer which as I think you must know leads to death. They are very addicting you should try to get him to stop now before he does permanent damage. Not to mention they make you smell bad..your hair clothes & breath ..peweeee! My best friends step dad died of lung cancer at the age of 41....FROM SMOKING! |

Not, it's not. It's illegal for him to smoke, and it's going to cause him a lot of health problems. He'll not be able to breathe as well, he could develope asthma, years will be taken off his life, and he could get lung cancer. |
