You should tell her that you want to help her with the dishes. You could start off standing behind her with your arms around her and both of you wash the dishes together. Then you can kiss her on the neck and whisper to her how much you love her and appreciate her. Then after wards she may reward you. Why can you think for yourself???? It doesn't have to be a punishment when you can turn it around and make it something she'll want to do.
