Is this a serious question? I guess I'll never understand what you're going through, but as long as your wife is alive, its still cheating. She loves you, and unless you have her blessing to move on, its morally wrong. Think about this: Put yourself in her position, and she cheats because you can't give her "lovin", how would you feel, if you were terminally ill? If you knew that you might die, and she was screwing around on you?? Think about that!

Ummmmm Im sure she would love to have some LOVIN too! I admire you for taking care of your wife in the time of her illness. Its a great thing u r doing standing by her side like u are. Thats what marriage is all about. I know its a hard thing to do. To watch someone u love get worse and worse. I think it would be totally disrespecting your wife if you were to mess around on her. I know u have needs- u r only human but she is still alive you know! Ill or not- she is your wife. If you feel you HAVE to mess around atleast have the courtesy to do it away from your home!
