I am an active sleeper, and I must have been having a nightmare because I kicked her and broke her ankle, and she left me! I understand where she's coming from, but I want her back so bad!

You don't mention how long you have known each other before marriage or how long you have been married for. It is very strange that she would leave after one incident when you are a active sleeper. How many other "incidents" have there been before this one? If there has been a few previously, then one would not question this much. However if your wife came from an abusive background, she would be overly sensitive to any physical issues. I can only suggest (if you haven't done this already) is attempt to resolve your sleep issues and let her know and suggest counselling to help you both get through this. Hope this helps. |
