when your cheated on it usually isn't even about u. if they don't come back in a short while they never loved u anyway. just because they tell u they never meant to hurt u, means nothing. if they really didn't mean it they never would have done it.if u never hear from them they either could care less or they are too ashamed and would never apologize. it wasn't the silly fight, because a silly fight will not cause a person who loves u to leave u, the silly fight was the reason the other person gives to get away without having to feel guilty.

I'm sorry she hurt you. However, that relationship was simply not meant to be. You need to try to move on with your life and forget about her. She isn't the right one, and you will find someone better who treats you right.

I suspect she didn't start out wanting to hurt you. That is probably why she stayed so long while she was cheating. She didn't want to hurt you but knew that she would if you knew about the other guy. Sorry for your pain but it is time to get over it and just let her go. Find some one who will love only you. I'm sure there is someone out there who will. She was not for you.

Hey, there are too many stories to even try to analyze. You will go crazy with the "what if" scenarios. So don't bother. Move on. Even if she comes back, most likely you will be resentful a year later. Ask yourself if you are really the forgiving type-- and few are.

Be honest. Are you really thinking about her? Or your ego is bruised so you want to ease that pain by proving she is bad?

I always say hell Halle Berry's husband cheated on her... what the hell???? None of us stand a chance. Consider yourself lucky you didn't marry her. She has issues if she ran back and forth between two men for a year. There is someone out there for you that is so much better than her. Her loss. Good Luck!!!!!!

Having been cheated on by two women, I noticed in hindsight that they both, before being discovered as being cheaters, wrongfully accused me of affairs, neither having any shred of proof. Both as wrong as they could be. Psychology confirms that people tend to suspect other people of their own failings, what's in their own minds.

In your case, you were never really with this girl, or at least she was never really with you, hard pill to swallow, sure. In my case, I got to know this girl too well and came to take things for granted, after so long the cheating part became insignificant in the hurricane of her abandoning me. Having lied to me, lied about me, and had me skinned and ruined; financially and logically, the cheating was never brought up, and in fact could not legally be brought up, it didn't matter.

Take your situation, only make it after twenty years together, you might understand my cynicism and general bitterness. Most of the rules on these things that I went by proved defective or were just lies. Still, trying to deduce what the ladies are trying to tell you is like finding water with wooden sticks; it's claimed that it is possible but nobody's ever seen it done.

I don't think it says anything about the person that was cheated on necessarily.

People cheat for all different reasons - they are unhappy in a relationship, they loose themselves in a moment of passion, they like to have a few relationships on the go, etc.

Just because they don't come back, doesn't mean that they weren't sorry or they don't care, it just means that they cant face the reprocussions of their actions - and by going back to their partner after such a misgiving, can make things very uncomfortable for a long time.

Again, like most things, most people will look for the easy way out.

stop feeling sorry for yourself stop the little pity party you know all it is the person really didn't want to be married how is coming back going to mean anything. Let her go leave her alone and move on.
