you can move out yes but better think real hard about it its not easy ,better have stable job and money to feed yourself, you cant get in trouble with the law they wont even pick you up unless you get into trouble at which time they will return you home, but you better have somewhere to go and have no regrets after doing it because your parents don't have to let you back in the house once you leave this is a big decision so you need to really figure out if your really ready to go out on your own, speaking from experience i was on my own at 15 and got emancipated was real tough.

Emancipate your parents and you can leave on your own.

you cant legally move out until you are 18, unless you get emancipated..

No, but they can report you as a runaway and you will probably be returned to their custody. but if it is worth it to you, you can file for emancipation from them. but I think that unless you have a job to pay court fee's you just stick it out until you are 18. I don't know the particulars of your situation but if it some kind of abuse, just go to the police and get social services involved. The worst thing that can happen is that they take you and put you into a better home until you are 18.

unsung hero ... age 19 .... in the USA .... ahhh NO !!!

Age 18.

if you leave / run away prior to turning 18, your parents can report you, and you can picked up and put in juvie and/or group home until you turn 18 ...

can you talk to Mom/Dad and see if you can stay with Grandparents or Aunt/Uncle ...

Try your best to just stick out until you are 18 ...

do well in school will help you get a good job, and support yourself, and you will never again have to ask for their help !!! So spend alll your time getting good grades, and get a job in an office or some place you can get on the job training and move up within the company in the years to come !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here in Texas you can move out of your house at 17. Trust me I did and well paying bills, car note, house/rent, if you get credit card, food, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and all the above is real expensive. I wish I would have stayed home. There really is no Freedom, once you are alone and live on your own. Job starts to take over. So stay home and enjoy it. I waste a week anywhere from 150-300 on just grocers. Now I am 22 and I have two daughters and a spouse and well 3 dogs. But it is extremally expensive. Add is up go to your local store and just add up what you would waste. Good Luck

it depends on what state you live in, but you have to get an emancipation or you'll be considered a runaway. an emancipation is basically a divorce from your parents ahhaha and im not sure what exactly the details of it are but im sure you have to have some pretty legit reasons to not live under your parents roof. im sure youve heard this already but i i were you, i would just wait until i turned 18 unless its something really unbearable. good luck :)

Depends where you are. In Australia at 16yr you are free to leave home whenever you want.

None that I know of. I know financially your parents are supposed to be responsible for you until the age of 19. So dental and medical will be covered.
