You sure seem depressed. Go and talk to somebody who can "check you out" at the same time. Someone you trust. I get the impression you are depressed because of the divorce? But seem to have a history of depression. That sure calls for expert help.Actively pursue the things that you can still enjoy: walks, nature, movies, chatting with girlfriends,a dog....

Get a good therapist! Speak your heart out this this women, everything is confidential. If you listen to what she tells you and use the tools that she provides you with then you will be able to live a happy healthy productive life. |

we all hit the wall sometimes in our life and feel that way. It is not the end of the world, you need to get back in touch with the things you like ....music,clubs,friends, family etc get back on ur feet. |

If you want to talk your heart out with people who have felt the same way, try an AA meeting or even an Al-anon meeting. Your anonymity will be protected and these are people who will listen and are there for you anytime. You don't have to label yourself as anything, just speak your mind. this is not a professional organization. No one will report you or force anything upon you, the people in those rooms are there to help you and to listen. |

Don't be depressed because you want your day in bed and watch some TV or be on the computer. Please don't die all you need is your day to yourself and kick back this weekend and tell everyone else to do theiir own laundry becayse this is your day and enjoy yourself. Big hugs to you! |
