Guys are pretty simple, we're pretty obvious about what we like and what we don't like...well, we whine like pathetic little wimps. Guys are human beings - much to the difference of common opinions - and we don't like being bossed around any more than you do; but when something seems obvious to you...chances are they are not to a guy. We like to be told exactly what you're thinking...we hate to guess. We're going to try and make you happy...we're not trying to shut you up, we just don't understand emotion very well...which is why we tend to fail miserably in trying to comfort women. This has a lot to do with the fact that when guys get down their buddies don't show up with chocolate cake, ice cream and movies...no, we take the guy out and get him drunk out of his mind and then take him home after convincing him that the smelly gross chick at the end of the bar is Megan Fox...

Guys like to appear to be the stud in front of his friends...

Told what to do: I don't think anyone likes it, but men kinda expect it when getting married. If they don't they are idiots.

Just make things simple, don't make him guess what you want or are feeling, make him a good meal every night and make sure he has clean underwear and he will be pretty happy.

He acts "all that" cause it is a macho thing, we are men and we want to be the king of our castle and whether that is true or not behind closed doors, let him act that way in front of others, it will please him, lol.

I dislike when my wife challenges me or something I have said in front of people (or even in private if it is persistant). I also dislike when she assumes I meant one thing and gets upset before asking to find out for certain what I meant. It's almost as if she was looking for a reason to make herself upset and jumped at the first opportunity. I don't know why women do this.

Sometimes my wife isn't always confident in decisions and it bothers me at times.

I love my wife because she is moral, responsible, beautiful and a whole lot of other things. Also because she puts up with my unique world view.

I do not like to be told what to do. I doubt any man does. Or any woman for that matter.

Your husband may be acting like a tough guy or big shot in front of his friends because that's how guys act. They are making their presence felt.

He acts 'all that' in front of his friends because he wants to show his friends that marriage has not changed him. That he is still the man, and that you are his woman, and he'll slap you on the butt to show it.

Every one has little pet peeves about their other. The way that do something or other, the way they chew something or other, the way they talk about something or other.

When it bothers you to the point that it irritates you, then there is usually something else going on. You don't tell your spouse what bothers you about them, unless it is something you hope they will change for you.

Love is give and take, and not judging. You love someone for who they are, and even if they change, you try not to let your level of love change in a negative fashion.
