how can a couple get automatic divorced quickly from as above case as they dont have any type of relationship for more than 4 years and living separate and don't have any intention to rejoin from either side,how can they be divorced one sided automatic?

You could very easily get a marriage of "irreconcilable differences" or "break down of marriage". IF you BOTH agree to this, you have been separated all these yrs., you could get an immediate divorce based on all the facts you've given. All states have a legal time to be separated, you sure do qualify for MORE than the required length of time. You could file immediately, have the hearing that only one of you would have to attend, & have it done w/o any problems whatsoever. This could VERY EASILY be done immediately...Best to you...:) |

There is no "automatic" divorce. You need to get a court date set for the divorce. Either contact an attorney or the clerk of court. |
