If you were a billionaire or a millionaire and you fell in love with a guy that didn't have a lot of money, would you make him sign a prenuptial?

Yes. I have been a legal assistant for 12 years. Yes and yes. God, yes. It is just as easy to fall in love with a rich woman as a poor one. If divorce ever happens, each person should leave with the assets they entered into the marriage with. |

Prenuptial agreements only work if the marriage doesn't last very long.
Look at recent divorces in the news. Paul McCartney's is the best recent example. His prenup fell to pieces in court. She ended up with way more than the prenup agreed to in the first place. |

At my age marriage isn't a big deal anymore...I can love someone and not marry them. I don't think I'd choose to take that step...so it wouldn't be an issue. |
