trust me, that guy knows it's cheating...who doesn't know this...if you ask the question in reverse check to see what he will answer..if his wife was to sleep with some dude just one time, would he be ok with it since it's not cheating?

cheating in my eyes is even if you look at another person and allow your self to think about them for more then a min even 30 seconds . now I know there are a lot of attractive people so people will catch your eye.but if you think about it to long there must be problems in your relationship.

I say set up a nice date with his old lady and see how it goes.Tell him its only for one night,just checking out the package,and watch his reaction(let Ur girlfriend in on it) And then call his old lady and tattle like hell.Tell her where,when,with who,the works.And yes its cheating.Is he like alright in the head? It is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! It's especially bad if you choose to have a one-nighter, because you are then lying to, and using, TWO people...totally unfair!
Even if you think about another person when you are with someone else, you have committed adultery in your heart...still cheating!
I would tell the co-worker's SO to get tested for STDs.....
