You can not charge you wife rent since your home is community property and also her home if you do not have have a prenuptial agreement. Even if you do, you most likely are not entitled to collect any money from her since you are the one that broke you promise when you have gotten married. Most likely, legally you are totally liable for everything you did and in my opinion, after twenty years and so many times cheating you should move out of the house and leave your wife everything you have. I hope she many affairs as well.
