My husband and i have been married for 3 yrs and have a 2yr old we argue alot..but he wants another child.....i'm confused one day he tells me no i don't want to be with you any longer the other day he wants to spend the rest of his life with me? So what do men change their mind like the weather changes and is he likely to leave me or stay with me?

Don't have another child until you sort out your relationship. Lots of people think babies will bring you closer together and make things better. The truth is, it's stressful having kids, and it will blow apart a marriage that already has cracks in it. |

Please do not do it. Why would he want another kid with you if he doesn't even know if he wants to be with you or not. Another child will just make things worse. Life is easy with one child, especially if you split up. Having 2 children is a totally different world than 1. I would nver give up any of it, but my whole life and routine changed after the second kid. You need to tell him that he needs to make up his mind about your relationship first, and then you will consider having another child with him. |

I say don't do it. If your relationship is that rocky, hold off until it's more secure. My son is 9 and were barely having our 2nd child. I'm glad we waited, cause we went through some really rocky times, and unfortunately my son had to be witness to some of it. |

First fix the relationship.
But then, by all means have another child.

It looks to me like he might be bi-polar, or have a mood disorder that would respond well to being treated by a doctor. Why not try and get him to have a psychiatric assessment before you bring any more children into the mix.

You will be the one stuck with that baby in your stomach for 9 months so how is he gonna make the decision. Tell him that if you don't want another child y'all ain't getting one because you're the female in this situation! Is he gonna strain giving birth to that child! No you are! Is he gonna have to deal with all that time pregnant! No you are! so he should just calm his nerves and act like he know who's decision this is 'cause all he has to do is.............nevermind!
