I met a guy online over a year ago. I never ever imagined I would fall for someone online. But I did with him. After a month of many hours chatting we thought we take the next step of talking on the phone. I was shocked to learn at this point that he had a wife. That should have been the first sign for me to walk a way. But my heart was invested and it was very selfish of me but I decided that I would’t stop talking with him but I would only be his friend.
We remained friends talked and emailed. He confided with me many things like being unhappy in his marriage and how she treated his children. I myself confided that the relationship I had attempted was going ok but I knew he WAS’t the one. It was at this time that I was going away for two weeks. He was all I thought about and I thought this is crazy I need to end communication with him when I get home. When I arrived I had email from him saying he missed me and he realizes that he loved me.
Long story short he left his wife and we were meant to be together. But it WAS’t as easy as we thought. I’m in the United States he is in United Kingdom. So we have a minor set back….
BUT he became very different with me I would say about over a month ago. He ended up ending it with me a week ago. I was fine with it. Fine he did’t want to be with me his happiness was important to me and if it WAS’t with me so be it…I found out there after he went back home to his wife…
From the period he left his wife till the time that he ended with me. I sold everything to my name so I can get there. During the month he was being different he reassured me everything was fine he was just stressed with work…
HERE IS THE BOMBSHELL
My best friends husband ended up putting spy ware on her computer and thought it was best that he let me know that she had been talking to MY GUY! The things I read. The things he said. He out right admitted to falling out of love me and using me. Worse part is my friend did’t even tell me she just let be a fool.
I confronted him and all he could say was sorry. He has his whole life back and I have nothing because he lead me to believe otherwise. Worse part is I’m not the 1st person he cheated on his wife with. I don’t know if he played them like he did me. But I threaten him to tell his wife unless he paid me my money back.
He begged me not to because of the children. I don’t know what to do?
I think of the kids and I think well if even cared about them he would’t have done this in the first place to me or to his wife.
HELP!

Shame on you. I have no pity for you. You deserve what happens to you for getting involved with a married man. What did you expect from a man that would cheat on his wife? Happily Ever After? Wake up and smell the coffee and don't get involved with married men in the future. |

you deserve EXACTLY what you got for getting further involved with a MARRRIED MAN! HELLO...what did you think he would honestly do. Leave his wife and kids for some woman that broke up his marriage? He doesnt owe you any money and your a fool if you think he does! I agree what he did to you was wrong as well, he deserves a lifetime of unhappiness for betraying his wife and family. I say tell his wife, wouldnt you want to know if your husband is doing this to you? i believe what goes around comes around so be careful in your furute and stick to SINGLE men next time! |

If you gave him money, you need to get it back. He ended up using you, and to be honest, it was somewhat foolish to send him money if you had. But now that it is said and done you need to get the money back from him, not as a threat. But tell him that you need to be reimbursed for the money you had sent, it is only fair after all. You can go further to tell him that while he tells you he has kids, with most of what he has told you being a lie, how can you truly be sure.
Tell him simply that while you ended up in a situation where you are in financial trouble especially in this market, he shouldn't reap the rewards of his affair. To make things right he needs to send back the money, and if he doesn't, don't threaten him with telling his wife. If he doesn't and continues to make excuses about the money. Cut your losses and move on. At that point you can tell the wife what was going on so she doesn't get hurt in the end as you did. But don't make it a threat where it is tit for tat. If he simply does not give you the money then turn over the evidence to his wife. |

This man is a creep. Of course you should tell his wife. You would be doing her a big favor so she knows what she is up against. Also I truly hope you see why it is not right to date married men. They almost always go back to their wives. They usually never marry the woman they have an affair with or stick around for long. Ask yourself this, what would you do? Would you really want to be with a man that would just up and leave his wife and have affairs? If he did that to her he would do it to you too. The man is often asking himself the same thing. Why would he want to marry or be with a woman who would date a married man?
If you are thinking of the kids try and picture yourself in the wife's place. Would you want to know if that was your husband was cheating on you? He could bring home a deadly disease (aids or hepatitis C) and if you were to die from it your kids would be without a mother. This could be her in that situation if you don't warn her. |

I am a wife and she so deserves to know the whole truth about him because she is most likely faithful to him and he could bring any kind of bad disease in on her or the kids and you are right if he loved her and his baby's he would not have done this So yes you be the hero here and tell her what she deserves to know about him.I will be proud of you one wife treated with the most respect she deserves .Good luck I hope you do the right thing if you are in doubt think if this was you with children at home. |

you uprooted your life for him even though you knew he wasn't the one....WHY!?!
Tell him you need help getting back on your feet but you're not looking to take food from his kids mouths. Either let him sell some of his stuff and give you the money he makes from it (his computer would be a good start) or realize this is just as much your fault as it is his and just move on with your life.
