Should i except his decision or is he making the wrong choice?? Kids involved please help!!!?

Ok here it goes...my bf and I have been fighting for sometime now..fighting is normal in relationships yes I know..im not the one not realizing that..but part of it has to do with the fact he thought I harped on him too much to help out. I have to admit I did harp some but for heaven sakes we have three children 6, 1.5, and 12 weeks, I cant do it all on my own. I'd find him playing online poker quite often when I needed his help.

Recently my bf and I have been fighting...over stupid stuff most of the time. I think we really have a love hate kind of relationship in ways. But with a long story short I took some money and went shopping, but on things we needed not on clothes or foolish stuff but we needed that money to help pay off some bills. When he asked about it I lied to him and said that my mother barrowed me the money to buy the things i did. I feel so awful for it..it was very stupid and lying is not really my thing, why this time im not sure. But now my bf hates me for it. I ended up moving out..forgot to mention we have three kids involved... I moved to my parents for right now but Im feeling I made a huge mistake because i love him so much. We had our share of issues but nothing that couldn't be worked out with some talking and compromise and possibly counseling which I've brought up and he's willing to do. But when we talk about getting back together he wants to stay apart for right now..me stay living with my parents with three kids and him living on his own with a friend, we'd still date and see eachother and he'd come over a few times during the week to spend with me and the kids and help put them to bed but not stay the night...One thing I should mention is in a year he's having his stomach removed because of a hereditary cancer that he tested positive for..not the cancer but the gene for it..so he thinks its the end of the world as he knows it because of it. And we're going to have to come up with 10k for the surgery. So my parents have offered for all of us to live with them to help us out and to save money for this surgery but he still comes to this same decision. ...I have to say we are doing ok right now we appear to be more civil about things and maybe this all made us stronger. But..

Why is he making this decision still?? Why doesn't he want to be with me and our kids?? How can I convince him that things are ok and well be ok and maybe time at my parents wouldn't be so bad..save money for surgery and our wedding some day soon..?? Should I except this decision or convince him somehow he's wrong??

Please help with some input..sounds like a dumb situation but its not to me because I have kids involved..im scared needless to say im miserable without him around. I love him to death.

I think you need this time apart. Give each other some space, sounds like its much needed. Then you'll appreciate each other more when you do reconcile...and you will...be patient.
I'm sure he'll be missing his 3 kids before long....lol

why aren't you married to someone that you have 3 children with? why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? think about it.
