Should my father in law be able to feel my breasts and sleep with me if he wants to?? Husband says yes! Help!?

Every time my father in law comes to my house he is always winking at me giving me little sly smiles. At first I thought that I was just being paranoid but now i'm sure i'm not. Just the other day as I was dusting my house in the nude, he walked over to me and started massaging my breasts. I don't know where he came from or how he got into my house, I was stunned. When I asked him what he was doing, he said that he just wanted to make sure that I didn't have any lumps that would lead to cancer. My father in law is not a doctor. When I told my husband about this incident he just laughed and said that it was normal behavior for him. He even told me that his father has slep with many of his ex girlfriends and don't be surprised if tries to sleep with me as well. Is this right? Should my father in law be able to feel me up and sleep with me anytime he chooses? Help please!
