Contrary to what every one else tell's you, I think it is perfectly okay. Even though they are divorced, they still have a child together, and if they bond with their child by being naked in the tub or bed, it is normal to them, and I'm sure you came off as uncarring. I think you need to try this again, and talk to both of them and find out more about their habits, you may find it better to join in and get naked with them, you never know, you may enjoy the feeling.
