he sounds like a man who wants total control, and he knows he won't have it with u, so he found someone who lives in a different culture, who has different belief's. but what kind of life would u have had with him anyway? things happen for reasons we can't always see or understand, but your actually the lucky one here. sounds like he just wants a slave, someone who will never ask him to do anything for the woman. sounds like he doesn't want anyone even having an opinion. i feel sorry for his fiance and soon to be wife.

if i was you end it with him he is obviously not a true christian if he was he would be such a pig. you should be able to ask him where he has been he should help out with the cleaning us woman have thing to do to you know with out having to do ALL the cleaning and you should be able to do what ever you want WITHOUT asking him its your right no matter what country we live in woman are just as good as men and should be treated so. we are not property or children that have to ask to do things !

You are so lucky that you found out this bad stuff before you married him, you would have hated your life. Know that when this new wife is here for a while, she will see that she is being treated unfairly but she will be stuck with him and his stupid rules. Men like to bully, and they need submissive wives to bully around, and they can't do that so much with north american woman.

Go and find a nice guy, you are really free to do so.

You should be lucky that you didn't end up with that guy. He's obviously a very controlling person. He wants to be a master with a slave girl not a husband. You can do better than him. There are other guys out there who are generous, thoughtful and kind to their girlfriends / wives.

You should pity the poor girl who got him. She would not have any freedom of thought and would only be the slave of his household.

I also question the sincerity of the girl who agrees to marry under those kinds of terms from your ex, she is obviously just after a ticket to the US.
