Why does a man have to pay child support after him and his spouse divorces for her cheating and having a baby outside of the marriage. They say its because the baby was born within the marriage but if I divorce her and she stays with the man she cheating with and had the baby shouldn't he be responsible for his child. So basically the court is saying he doesn't have to pay child support and they can just get fat off of me......this isn't me...im not married I was just noticing how unfair the justice system is to a man when he divorces.

if you can prove the child is his then he will have to pay not you, but you have to prove it first.get a dna test that will prove you are not the father, then the justice system will be right. |

The justice system if very unfair. but if the child isn't the man's that is getting the divorce and he knows it he should have a paternity test done to prove it isn't his. Then he don't have to pay child support. |
