The judge in my case against my ex wife has a bone in this closet?

he know there is a connection with the court and my ex wife.
this is a conflict of interests being that my wife use to work there in the same court building it is now being held.

should i wait to be in court before i reveal it? OR.
put it in a motion again?

NOTE; I DO NOT HAVE A LAWYER AND THIS JUDGE HAS NEVER. IN THE PAST YEAR AND A HAFT .
HAS NEVER GRANTED AN MOTION FROM MY LAWYERS OR MY SELF.
OVER 8 HAS BEEN FILED.
IN WHICH HE HAS PROTECTED HER EVEN AFTER SHE COMMITTED PERJURY. '''under oath'''
THE EVIDENT IS AS HARD AS A ROCK.
BUT HE STILL WILL NOT CHARGED HER FOR IT.

I HAD COMPLAINED TO THE { LET'S CALL HIM THE HEAD JUDGE AT THAT COURT AND FOUND OUT THAT THAT JUDGE HAS DONATED MONEY TO MY EX WIFE'S JOB IN THE PASS.

IS THIS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST??

AND NOW I HAVE A REPORTER LOOKING IN TO THIS AS WELL.

Yeah this is definitely a conflict of interest and I foresee many laws being broken here.

You need a lawyer. There is an old saying "the man who represents himself in court has an idiot for a lawyer". Its worth the money. You wouldn't try to fix your own broken leg would you? Get a professional to help you.

Yes , it is most definitely a conflict of interest. I recently did a Yahoo search " prosecutorial misconduct " and got quite a bit of good information. Try it. Don't wait for the trial . Make your motion on the record as soon as you can. As far as the perjury is concerned take it up with the prosecutor. File a written motion so you will have a record of it. This will take some time , so be patient. One other thing you may want to do is to deliver a certified letter to the state attorney general's office. Good luck.

I just recently started participating with the questions and answers on here so I'm not familiar with what you're going through.

However, I've been representing myself for 12 years now with three of my children in post parenting time issues. I've educated myself in MN family law and getting set up to start school towards becoming an attorney for children in the family law field. This is cause I have a natural knack for this stuff and I've been encouraged by attorneys to do so.

Now I don't know what state you're in or county but it is a conflict of interest from what I'm understanding. There's a resource you can attempt to go through to get your case transferred to a different county or district if needed. I believe it's the court of appeals. I have the info on this but will have to look it up to be sure. I know how to look up state statutes and district calenders for court. I do all my own research and draft all my own paper work, set court dates, and file the documents (motions). I gave up on legal representation years ago cause I couldn't afford it and because the attorneys would represent me instead of the kids. Or they only cared about the money and didn't do even close to a decent job.

I've been helping my best friend gain confidence in representing herself and now helping my companion with his legal paper work for his kids. What you're doing with turning to the reporter is an excellent idea. It may assist in getting things straightened out for ya. It's not to say it'll go your way, but at least it'll be equally fair on both ends rather than favoring her. My ex managed to get an attorney to represent him after we agreed we wouldn't go that route. This attorney of his ended up being buddy...buddy with the judge we kept getting stuck with. For the last 12 years I've been fighting for my children's rights and refuse to give up cause they're paying the price for their dad's anger towards me.

I refuse to give up and allow him to use the children as a controlling mechanism with me. It's not right and I don't see how the legal system is allowed to play favorites for any reason. That's not how the laws are suppose to work. Listen keep in touch. Looking into setting up a support group to educate parents on their children's rights and best interest. This will also include educating parents on how to legally represent themselves on behalf of their children.

I've always been an advocate for my children and want to help others understand that a divorce isn't about the parents, but the children and how to better be there on behalf of your children. This is not to be mistaken as a parenting class as that's not what it is. It's focus is the children and representing them with out an attorney. You should be able to email me by going to my profile.
