i make a 1,000 more a month then my daughters father and i have 3 other children. he has two to a previous relationship and one at home. the cases are in two different countys. i used to receive 422 a month then they lowered it to 235. he pays the women with two children 800 a month. the master lowered mine to 135 a month!! is this fair? should i quit my job and sit on public assistance, what happened to the other parent helping

Oh no, another greedy woman! CS is based on income of both parents. Yeah, sure, go ahead and quit a good paying job and sit on public assistance (WELFARE) and let the working tax payers pay for your kid. Get a FREAKING life!

It is all based on the needs of the child not the needs or desires of the parents. Be happy you can provide for yours. Not many out there can say that |

Please don't quit your job and go on public assistance. I work hard for my money and I really don't want to support you and your children.
Take your daughter's father back to court. Show the judge how much money each of his children are getting in support from him and ask the judge if he will consent to splitting the child support up fairly between the children.
Why in this day and age would you and this man have four children each? That's a total of eight children! That's just crazy! Did it not ever occur to you that having that many children would be difficult for you to support?
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really getting tired of my hard earned tax dollars going to support some woman and her children who are on public assistance and to support all the children out there who have dead beat dads who don't pay their child support. You brought these children into this world. Supporting them is your job, NOT MINE!!! Why should I be punished for something YOU DID? |

I wonder that myself I live in TN but here I have 3 kids with my ex husband and he only pays me 365 a month and that is with a 50 a month arrearage charge!Nice huh?I guess when your custodial parent eveything is left to you.You have them it's you responsibility,whatever I think it's screwed up! |

Yeah, seems like we are all being stupid working and pulling our own weight. Big Brother could take care of you just like all the other deadbeat out there. and you would have more time to get your nails and hair done. At least you can have back your tax money that was spent on everybody else's children, and the deadbeat's hair and nails. |
