So now the new guy can't handle it and wants to move on?
Ya think maybe you might talk to much about the cheat'n X to the new guy? I'm sure you're all frazzeled and need to talk to someone about it. But believe me, He doesn't want to hear it.
He wants to hear more about 'you and him' I know you may think you don't say a whloe lot about it to him, But your emotions can say a lot. Like the way you get bent outa shape over something the X said. He may feel helpless about this particular situation that he can't do much about. That can be discouraging for him.
As for the X he's a lousy waste of time. Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing he can still upset you. Do what you gotta do to get the divorce final and move on. If You and the new guy can't work through it, then don't waste your time with him either. He's aware of your situation, if he really likes you he'll be willing to show a little patience. |

Yeah, just jump on the divorce.
I'm not surprised. Men often only get jealous of things that they can't have. |

If you are legally seperated or going through the dirvorce process then NO you are not committing adultry, he's just mad/jealous that you are moving on and not pinning over him leaveing. Next time he says it just tell him, Yeah, well I have pictures of you and your girlfriend from 2 months before we seperated (only if you are positive he was having an affair).
He'll proably shut up because Adultry means you get more money in the end, because he cheated.. |

well if you are committing adultery then so is he so screw him and what he says tell him to grow up and just go through with the divorce so he can't TRY to hold anything over your head |

Legally yes it is adultery; but he has to prove it, and not by hearsay. Get prepared and get some hard evidence on him. He sounds like a punk.

I'd get the papers started for divorce. It is unfair. That stinks. |

What a hypocrite! However, would you really expect anything more from someone who cheats? You are right, it is unfair but who cares what he says. It sounds like to me he is just trying to hurt you more and I wouldn't give him that satisfaction if I were you. He had his chance and threw it all away. Don't worry about what he says. Obviously he wasn't worried about you when he was having an affair. You have your fun dating and forget about him. You deserve much better. |

Um for those that say thats a guy for you, women are just as likely to do it as well. MY exwife was one and I know more women that cheated on their spouses then Men. But I will agree you should get that paper work done and finalise the divorce. End it and move on with your life.. He does sound childish with remarks like that and why bother waste your time. Depending on whos looking for spousle support though I would be careful of what you do till its over. If you are at seperate adresses that will help but also proof of him with another woman would be helpful in case he tries denying you support or trying to get support from you. |

Love Me Or Hate Me...I Dont Care

bring up the point that he had some hoe with him 5 months before you two split...so now, since he has a bit**, then you should be able to see other guys. and if he doesn;t like it, then he should have thought about that before hooking up with a bi*ch...thats funny. catch a nerve, make him jealous, and you'll be happy. |

My ex did this to me too...expect he was seeing my best friend for 5 years before I found out....I know, I'm an idiot...anyway...once I left him, I moved out of state and met a new guy...this apparently was adultry and I "left my "husband" for some DJ in Florida", said my ex.
Do your thing, who cares what he thinks. I met the greatest person I have ever been in contact with, who by the way has given be a beautiful daughter. Had I waited til the divorce was final, who knows where I would be now! |

should've been two years?
set him straight tell him you know he has a girlfriend and did before you broke up. I would laugh in his face, he has nothing better to do than make up story's! and his girlfriend obviously can't be that interesting if he's still thinking of you ! lol |

Talk about your double standard.
He has a girlfriend on the side for seven months, and you go out with someone on a date and he says YOU are committing adultry?
What is he committing? Isn't that adultry too? Grab him by the kahones and pull hard. |
|

Amanda

Ahh take no notice....he probably doesn't like the idea that you have moved on.....let him get on with it.
The sooner you are out of the marriage, the better.
Enjoy your life!!! |
