My brother's wife had a baby by another man while they were still married. My brother raised the child as his own and his name is on the birth certificate. My brother and his wife got a divorce and now she is suing my brother for child support. She also receives child support from the biological father, it was never recognized in court. Can my brother take the biological father to court to make him pay child support? As of right now my brother's exwife will be receiving child support from two men for one child!
