WHAT DO I DO?? I'm having bedroom problems!!!!?

I have been married now for a little over 12mths. I have noticed that i am not so interested in the bedroom anymore. I have put on a little weight since I got married. I love my husband very much but it takes me alot to get arroused??

What should i do?? Is it possible that the weight has something to do with this??

When a woman isn't feeling too good about herself, it will be a little more difficult to be aroused.
Have a talk with your man. I know it sounds cliche but communication is key. Let him know your concerns. He is your husband and will back you up and support you.
I was in a 7 year relationship and she was VERY self concious about her body and yes she gained a few pounds during those years and it took awhile to break her out of that. She had stretch marks which made her very reserved about getting naked in front of me. I could care less how much a woman gains or what flaws her body has.
This man married you for better or worse. He loves you for who you are and I'm sure he could care less.
Maybe have some changes in foreplay and not the same routine.

Weight has a lot to do with is, because more body fat and an unhealthy diet regulate your hormones. Start eating healthy and drinking water. Also, talk to your husband about him, be up front about it, he will want to help you.

Yeah it could be that as well as mental stress, normally as women the first thing to go is the bedroom especially once we get comfortable and extra weight brings down your lack of motivation and all..take time to at least exercises 3 min a day just to give yourself a jump start and always keep yourself up and look good...don't get complacent..lose the weight for you..not for anyone else and you will feel so much better
