Wanting to marry a man in London?

Well I've been talking online and on the phone with this Middle Eastern man living in London now. He's written an autobiography and was in a few popular movies/shows but he isn't allowed in the US, where I live.
We've discussed wanting to meet and get married-but I want to know if it's best to wait until he is allowed in the US.
He isn't allowed for some past legal issues.
Anyway it might take a few years for him to be able to live in the US. Should I wait to marry him or should I go to London and stay there?
Additional Details
yeah...but it's just so hard for me to actually go there.

I think you should at least MEET the guy before you start asking where should we live when we're married!
Talking on the phone and chatting online doesn't show you the bigger picture. We can all be whoever we want online and on the phone for that matter.

Hi Anna,
You have never met this guy and you are talking about marriage???? Anna don't offer yourself so easily. Since he can't enter the US I would suggest that you have yourself a holiday in London and ideally stay at a hotel so you have an escape route if you realise that this person is really not for you. If he is a true gentleman for the fact that he is not able to come to see you then he should cover all your expenses (flight & accommodation). After spending some time together then all the other questions you may have will be easily answered after actually meeting with the guy. Best of luck. Cheers! |
