Was i wrong in this situation?

so i send my ex gf some money (she told me to send her 30 dollars. i called her to gave the number but i forgot to tell her the amount i send. so, she called me back to ask how much i send so i said "oh i send the amount u requested' and she foes "oh i as only calling to know the exact amount u send then the phone hung up...so i mean was i wrong for asking her or telling her i send the amount she requested? i felt kkinda bad for saying that and i feel she want happy and stuff. what should i do?

You should have said $30, but saying you sent what she requested was not inappropriate and you should not feel bad about it. The important thing is that you helped her out.

Don't feel bad. She's your ex, she's lucky your nice enough to be sending her money anyways. She should just be thankful.

Why are you sending your ex money? She should just be happy you are helping out. It sounds like she might be using you....unless you have a child with her.

ok first of all, there are 1 major flaw in this situation
1. YOU SENT YOUR EX-GF MONEY
she is your ex girlfriend, and by you sending her more money she is going to keep going to you for more and more money because she knows you'll give it to her. REGARDLESS IF SHE IS A GREAT FRIEND NOW!! set the story straight, tell her that you'll only give $15
and what si it for because you have the right to know what its for i mean you work, its your money... get what i mean

Don't let her take advantage of you. She was wrong for calling and asking how much you sent. Regardless of your relationship with her if she is going to be sh*tty to you because you told her in a tone she didn't appreciate then you know what type of girl you are dealing with.

My husband answers questions like you do too. It drives me bonkers, but that is just who he is. And he feels that he is being helpful and answering the question even though it is a non-answer.

Me: Where did you put the car keys?
Him: Where they belong.

Grrrr! He has about 10 "away" places for certain things. Telling me the keys are "where they belong" does not tell me which of the 10 places he might have placed them and I wouldn't have asked if I hadn't checked the primary away place already. He isn't trying to be deliberately difficult, although from my point of view he is being difficult. He legitimately thinks he is answering the question.

Her: How much money did you send?
You: The amount you requested.

In her mind, that was a non-answer.
