What's your opinion of man like this?

Oh this one's easy. If his methods don't appeal to you, then I guess you aren't compatible. As for how to consider a 'guy like this', what can I say? He sounds like he knows what he wants, and is part and parcel of his upbringing. I would have to say that it's pretty arrogant, and ignorant though, to think that he can attract the woman he needs using the methods he's decided to employ...he's more than likely to repel her. However, there really are submissive women out there who want and need exactly that kind of domineering direction...I didn't believe it until I met some, but they are out there. (Personally, that type of woman drives me NUTS!) If you're not it, then walking away was the right thing to do. Staying and trying to change that is pointless, because he may be wrong for you, but he's right for SOMEone.

The adjective I'm thinking about isn't allowed on here. I also can't believe there's a guy out there admitting he's interviewing for wives, but if he doesn't plan to love and share but instead plans to dominate, then there's one explanation, right there!

He might be looking for his ideal wife, but if you are not comfortable doing the things that he wants, then you are not his ideal wife. I think he might be hard up for a while, and he needs to learn that you cannot transform someone into the ideal mate, they have to be the ideal mate already. I am glad that you moved on:)
