I started running in the mornings before work and even after work later in the afternoons, but i'm lost for things to do afterwards and even on the wknds. please help w/any suggestions. I hate the fact of having him on my mind and wanting to contact him.

Theres 'nothing' you can do to win this battle of the heart and feelings you have for this person. It won't matter if you take up 'Yogo' or anything esle -'time is the only cure' for the affairs of the heart. Whatever things you take up to keep youself busy - always in the background will be those feelings for this person - w/ends will always be the worst - as you may have done things together - but to meet other people and make new friends will keep you busy as you put it - and then 'one day' around the corner in life you'll meet someone esle and you'll start to feel much better than you do now - and the whole love cycle begins again.........your not the only person in the world that has felt the way you do now - love and those feelings are the best in the world when going great - and the worst in the world when they all go wrong and it ends.......nobodys fault - its the way life treats us - its called the 'ups and downs' of the life we have. |

Dont flatter him by giving him that much importance. I really think your problem is being alone. The abandonment issue. I would suggest church to keep you busy. If your against that hobbies you once had. Another is volunteering somewhere. If not therapy to find out the root of your true issues. You should also write down all the bad times with him. His faults. Etc. |
