I originally started coming here when i was going through a crisis in my own life a couple years ago. Six yr relationship came to an end and I also lost my job at the same time. I somehow found this site and even though I didn't ask any questions, I did find lots of useful insights from others about similar situations-whether it be in love or career.
Now that I have moved past my crisis and am actually happier than I have ever been, I come here for multiple reasons.....one being that this site and the people on here have helped me get through a tough time and I would like to do the same for others. The other reason is because it allows me to realize just how great my current relationship is...It reminds me to keep the conversation lines open and provides me with new ideas to keep the spark alive. Just because my relationship is great, doesn't mean i don't have to work on it. This site provides me with fresh ideas and thoughts to apply to my own situations. |

I come on here to pass the time - I tend to give questions that I feel the person is genuinely looking for advice, a sincere and truthfull answer in my opinion - but the others I just answer for the shear hell of it and for points |

At the moment i do. My friend is involved in a very serious and very high profile court case at the moment, and evryday he is being confronted with his own image and details of the case. At times he is being protrayed as something that he is not, and I am finding myself upset and extremely defensive about it. I suppose I am here in the hope that those whose opinions are wrong can be altered... |

Sometimes I like to have a rant about militant feminists, left wing socialists, people who abuse the English language etc.
But I genuinely like to see if I can help and that's where I get the biggest buzz and where my most of my 'best answers' come from. I like to stick a couple of jokes, risque or otherwise, in too. If they make some smile or even chuckle that's a result for me. |

I guess I'm looking for advice. I'm very open minded and sometimes I feel very unfulfilled; it gets misinterpreted as perverse since I'm married, but I've never cheated. I never pass judgment and am always willing to give advice!!! |

I come on here to try to kill time, and read some of people's questions and answers and wow, there can be some do-sers! Haha... I also like to help especially when someone else is wondering about abuse, or something like that, I try to help because I'm living it and I know how to help and what to look for to know if you are being abused. :-) Gosh I can't wait till my apartment is ready haha! |

This time of year, little else to do.
The questions are some times a bit flippant but I find it addictive though. In the main it would appear that there are a lot of nice people on here. For unattached people like me, I suppose the real bonus would be if a lasting liaison was found, even though this is not the place for that.
I also enjoy the banter that takes place when another member makes contact. Thanks all for helping to keep sane. |

It's fun to give advice,I suppose.'Specially if they pick yours as the right answer ^^; And also,if I'm just in a bad mood it takes my mind off other things,and I can focus on other people's problems instead... |

mostly for advice although sometimes i am left more confused than when i started. but its interesting to know what other people think because sometimes the outsider looking in can give the best unbiased advice. its also good to know that everyone has their problems and as they say a problem shared is a problem halfed. so take care of yourself and hope all goes well for you and your crisis resolves itself soon.
