I am seeing someone new who had been a friend of mine for 6 years this friendship developed into feelings and I do think im falling in love with him..Things got in the way before when we tried to be together I had a bad realtionship to get over and it took me years now that im falling for him i feel like something is going to get in the way here again. I feel like hes going to be sent away with work he keeps saying he wont be..I have broken his heart b 4 and he always took me back he waited for me for seven years and told me that he really has feelings for me. But somehow I have this awful feelin that now that i can be with him properly Its not going to happen..BTW i didnt mess him around on purpose i was in a domestically violent realtionship and needed to get over it.. I have a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach

RMG this is the guy that I thought I couldnt kiss and tore the clothes off..Major Feelings developed and now im falling for him, Im shocked because I was kinda done with men and he was a friend but i guess I have always loved him on some level only now its romantic..And Im scared ive had a lot of losers as you know..

Is it possible that you've had so many "bad relationships", that you think you do not deserve a "good one"?
He's been consistent as long as you've known him. NOW you are finally romantically interested in him! Are you afraid you are "too much" for him?

He must know that you have been in an abusive relationship, so talk to him he will probably understand better than you imagine. Tell him you know he has feeling for you and you realise you have hurt him in the past. Say you have no intention of doing that to him again, in fact you want a relationship with him, but it will take time for you to adjust to having someone in their life you can trust again, as this has always been thrown in your face in the past. If he still has those feelings he will wait and teach you to trust and love again. It takes time don't rush it, you will reap the benefits. Good luck. |
