Why not? as long as the couple are happy and respect eachother then it's fine. Can cause problems with their families though.

I see no problem with mixed marriages. I do see many people in this world are cruel and would frown on this type of thing which would leave strain on a marriage with mixed marriages. When it comes to having kids... all kids are picked on now a days.. no matter who you are. Kids are rude and hurtful. All kids will go through being picked on so I dont see why anyone could use that as an excuse for mixed marriages.
If they are in love and very happy. Go for it! I do not judge them at all.

There can be problems. I was in the military and mixed marriages was almost the norm it seemed with every race involved.. I think if you are worried about problems it may depend on where you live. In someplace like NYC or LA I do not think anyone would look twice. But in some areas it can be a big problem with bigots.

On a personal note I think that the children of mixed parentage tend to be some of the most attractive. Seeming to have the best features of both races.

It's just like any marriage, if you love one another and you've commited to one another in marriage - why would it matter? Two people dedicating their lives to one another is a beautiful thing no matter who you are, where you come from, or what you look like.

People should marry they want to based upon love, respect and shared life goals. Everything else, like race, gender, ethnicity, etc. does not matter.

Dude-I don't care if you are black, white or Orange! Marriage has completly lost it's edge as being this incredibly huge event and now people aren't even doing it! As long as somehow the sanctity stays intact, I don't care what you're doing!

For me mixed marriage is a marriage between 2 people with different religion,like me and my husband (roman catholic & protestant). We get marriage in my church but, there were certain things that he doesn't have to do...

people don't have such a problem with it nowdays, the only slight problem i could see with it is different opinions about religion but apart from that what other problems could there be?
