It's too early in the day for me to be angry. I try not to get angry anyway because it only ends up hurting me. Really! The stress that it causes hurts my stomach and makes me fatigued. When I'm at work I just keep thinking that when someone makes me angry that these people just aren't worth ruining my health over.
