THere is no best way. I can tell you the best way to survive a relationship with the "other" woman when you are with her full time. BE prepared to have your cell phone, computer, and pockets checked on a regular basis. Also be prepared to have a friend of hers follow you when you leave work and see where you go. WOW that's pretty deep man, um well there it's no right way to tell her that, but you can pray about it, and ask GOD to help you with that wild decision, But remember sometimes you have to put aside your own happiness for someone else, don't be that cold, I'm not saying don't leave her if your not happy or satisfied, but there's always tons of other girls rather than her best friend [ from experience, It hurts and a hard scar to recover from]
