I have been in a marriage for the past 10 years with someone I am no longer with. We have a kid together but i don't want anything out of the relationship. He can keep the kid, i just want out and to get married to the one I am now with.
Additional Details
Okay for everyone thinking I am leaving my kid,,,,,,,that is not the matter. He is at my home at this moment. He has been living with father(i didn't think i would have to go into detail)and the court gave him to his father,,Not Me. That is not my intention. I will deal with that situation later...thanks. But back to the question about divorce....

So far my divorce has cost me $20 - and I don't expect it to cost any more. I guess it depends on where you live, but here in VA, there is a thing called uncontested/no-fault divorce. You can buy the forms online, complete them and have them notarized, then simply file them with the courthouse. |

you can get a divorce through the court house it's called do it yourself divorce kit, you may have to pay a small fee unless you can show them you are a hardship case then the court will vaive the fee. |
