I don't know your religion but pray and ask God for peace and guidence. Ask him for light. You will be ok you are your best support. Don't give up, everytime you feel like crying go ahead and cry. Better out than in. You have to believe it will get better because it will.If you can't say anything else just say Jesus out loud talk to God like you would talk to your friend because he is.

i know that alot of people dont like to be preached at because the dont religion pused on them but i know from experience that seeking help with a preacher and having jesus back in your soul and heart really does help you just have to have faith and he will lead the way for you.

Most people will say their kids, but I don't have any. What keeps me going is faith in the future. I know that every trial and tribulation has been set before me for a reason.

It really is that simple. He made you. He knows what you need. He knew you before you were born. He is yearning to help you through the rough spots.

i have been through a lot in the past year and would not want anyone to go through that you just have to keep a positive out look on things find something you like to do or wanted to do and do it dont turn to the bottle theres nothing in the bottom of any of them. and you can always look in the mirror and support your self sounds weird but it can work

I put everything into Gods hands because there is not a situation or a problem that he cannot handle, and there is not a situation or a problem that is too big for him. I know he is always there because the Bible says that he will never leave or forsake me. And when I put everything in his hands I give him glory honor and praises in advance because I know he is going to work it out. God may not come when we want him to but he is always on time. I am a living witness, (gettin my shout on now )just thinking about every situation he has pulled me out off. I praise him and thank him for every situation because they come to test my faith and to make me strong. He is the best Lawyer, Doctor and Friend. When you try him for yourself, you will know that he NEVER FAILS, AND HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME

my kids..my 5 year old boy is very sensitive.i can't show him that i am upset.He gets stressed out and all worried about me.so i hide and pretend that everything is ok.

Been there and walked down that path many times. What keeps me going? God. He has always came through for me or walked me through it. He is the only one that has never left my side.
