What should i do in order to the divorce and be able to make my wife and her boy friend pay ?

i married my wife with good faith for 2 years. i have always told her that i loved her regardless her size, and never disrespected her, and loved her kindness, however she a low self esteem problem and guys dogged her or cheated on her in her past relation. lately after she lost lots of weight due to surgery, her behavior suddenly changed and turned to a different woman. she's become more confident more outgoing. the result is that she don't spent time with me no more, she would rather spend it with her new freinds, the type type of friends who dogged her and made fun of her size in the past. i don't get no love from my wife as i used to. she more busy trying to be on reality shows and modeling and going out to clubs and drinking... God knows who she is with. some times she don't come home, telling me that she will come home when she sobber and that she is going to spend the night with her girlfriend. i believe that now she is turning to a single woman behavior. she is also telling bad thing about me to her family who realy love to prove her behavior in case she leaves me with another rich man.
i feel devastated because i feel like i should have not trusted her or treated like wife. it seems i am the victim of her past when men cheated on her.

finally i found out that she is actually cheating on me with a much older and rich man just because he buy her expensive things that i can't afford, eventhough she already makes a hundred thounsand a year.

i have concrete evidence that she is cheating on me. no body knows yet. her new lover does taxes and public notary. i came to find out that he notorized a legal seperation document for my wife and without my presence and without me being aware of it, because she know i would not sign such thing. my wife copied my signature, her new lover (A licenced public notary) did actually sign it with the official stamp, and the seperation was backdated a year.

the purpose of this legal seperation is to help my wife get on one of the love reality shows where u have to be single or seperated going through divorce.
i am afraid that my wife and her new lover try gang on me since i am not familiar with the divorce process and law as much as they both do. he might try to help her to get divorced without loosing any asset. i am afraid of the outcomes, i do not want to end up with nothing but debts in my credit cards that i will have to pay.

pppplllllleeeeassse, tell me what i should do to win this case and leave with something. is there any way i can make both of them pay using the fraudulent legal seperation and evidence of infidelity to make them both pay?

If you file for divorce it is likely her boyfriend will pay for a lawyer, that lawyer may try to stick it to you. However since she makes a lot, possibly more than you, you're not likely going to lose anything or be required to pay anything. A judge will not order alimony if the woman makes more than the man. If you have kids you'll be required to pay child support but that is it.
You cannot sue them for infidelity. I know you want to to get them back but the case willl never see the court. Adultery is so common these days, if judges and courts allowed people to be sued for cheating the courts would be backed up for years. I suggest you file for divorce, let her do her thing and move on from this. Don't allow her to continue to disrespect you like this....
