well me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years... and today a few things blew out of proportion.... well this is what happened...he goes to lunch and i tried to call him and he didn't answer... so i called again a few minutes (not a good idea) anyways i texted his friend to find out if they were together... he said nope! so then im kind of like okay... where is he... then he tells me that he is with this girl that is the biggest skank at there work! so then of course im getting nervous and freaking out... so i call again and texted him a few times... he still didn't answer back... then his friend that told me he was with the skank said they all drove to this restuarant in someone's vehicle and his was at work... well i seen him drive by twice... the point im getting at is i think he lies to me more than he says... we've had a little bit of trust issues... so i think thats where that came in.... anyways we have been fighting all afternoon about it... and my question is how do i control myself from saying things i shouldn't? he said we need some space and he needs room to breath... so i need to know how to trust better... and love and care the same way he does for me.... please help out

oh my hell... im serious. the only thing i was asking was how i can gain better trust with him. i dont want dumb answers just answer the question with no sarcasm please and thanks
