My boyfriend just keeps on screwing up..staying out drinking, not calling me, taking me for granted. He knows I'm really good natured and wont ever refuse to do anything I can to help him out and make his life easier. We have broken up before for these exact reasons. I have been daft and have kept taking him back just for him to do it again. This time he actually lasted 4 months without messing up again,,,until now. He's telling me he wants to make it up to me. He said he wants to make it up to me by taking me out saturday night. I told him "I dont think you are mature or considerate enough. I cant think of one good reason why I should put up with ur lack of concern" How can I make him see that I have had it for once and for all with him?? He's 34 years old and I dont think he will ever grow out of this. I know I'm no angel myself. I like to party with the rest of them (I'm 28) but I know when to have some self control and would never leave him on his own for days with no contact like he is doing to me. This has been going on for 4 and a half years...Advice please on what to do next??

No wonder he takes you for granted.. you've stuck around and dealt with his b.s for 4 & 1/2 years.. about 4 years too long. What are you still doing with this guy?! I would have left him the second time he screwed up & realized that's just the way he is. You have to either leave him or accept that he will never change. |

You already know what to do. Leave him. Don't waste your time on someone who isn't willing to give you attention and doesn't contact you for days. Find a real man who's grown up and mature. |

Look this guy isnt through sewing his wild oats. I would leave him alone, he is definitly cheating. You would be stupid to think he is being faithful when he goes out drinking and doesnt call you. |
