When they think they are right! Unfortunately, there is something that we might call "personal reality." This simply means that they think that they know the truth. But this is a two-edged sword. What they think is reality or truth, is no more than a personal judgment. So here we got the big problem. When they proclaim "I know I am right," they usually think of "right" as an absolute fact when it is not more than their "personal reality." That is the crux of the matter. They think that "right" is the same as a "personal reality."
