A few weeks ago my husband moved out over a petty argument. We have been married for 9 years and have 4 children together. He tells me he loves me but says he doesn't want to come home.
We started marriage counseling but it didn't fit into his schedule so it stopped.
How long does it take for all this hurt to finally turn to the hate I need to file for divorce?

He's not cheating so another woman is not the problem. He's just a selfish *** who wants everything to be his way.

Tell him that you think it would be best if you formalized your living arrangements and file for a divorce. That there is no need for the divorce to be bitter but you need to move on with your life.
Say you understand that he needs his space but you need someone to love you in the way you need to be loved, and you want to find someone new while you are still young enough. That the children need a father at home and if that isn't going to be him, then it needs to be someone else.
Hopefully this will bring him to his senses, but if it doesn't' then file for that divorce and find someone who will treat you and your children how you deserve to be treated. |
