I can't really say unless I was in the situation.
I think part of me would want to know, just for my own sanity, especially if I suspected it. Because I know I'd drive myself crazy overthinking and overanalyzing all the little things.
But then there's the other half of me that would not want to know because then there wouldn't be any disruption to my life.
The one thing I do know, is that I probably wouldn't want to find out from someone else besides him. |

Personally, yes I would want to know and know why he did it. It would tell me how I can improve things for myself when I start dating again. There would be no way that I would stay with him. If his reasons are crappy, then he wasn't worth it to begin with, but if they were legitmate like personality flaws, then I would find ways to improve :) |

no one want to live a lie, of thinking someone loves them, and wants to be with them. its best to know ahead of time so u can get out of it if u need to, instead of having it sprung on u at the last minute as they walk out the door and leave u hanging. also its possible if he is honest with u, that u could talk it over before the affair gets to the point of no return, while he still may have some love for u left. its always best to know but most men wait till they are sure they actually have a back up, they wait until they have made their plans and definitely have new place to go. and if they told the wife/girlfriend it could ruin his plans. |
