I work in an area where this is quite prevelant. We teach the children to make eye contact with the person and say, " I would never say that to you or treat you like that and I don't expect you to treat me that way either." Then, simply walk away.

I'd shut up. It takes some guts to tell a stranger to shut up, so I'd assume I was either talking way too much or saying something completely stupid.

it will all depend on their size. Because if they are kind of my size or a little bit bigger i will tell them to shut their trap or to zip it and keep on talking or if I'm done talking I'll walk away. If they are smaller than me I'll tell their mother is calling you to pee. if they are bigger than me in size or in age I'll ask them Why?. If they try to embarrass me I'll give them an answer that they will regret they tried to embarrass me. If it is one of my friends I'll tell them to shut their mouth too. If it is one of my relatives I'll most probably use one of the things i listed above or tell them to Make me.

If not, I will definatly tell them how rude it is, and that is not appreciated by me, or most people.
