what do you do to keep yourself out of a full blown funk? how do you deal?

sometimes its best to let it come, and get the grief over with. heartbreak is anything but easy, and there will be a certain amount of emotions u really can't control. i would just let it be what its going to be and not avoid it, this way u will be able to move past it sooner if u accept how u feel.

going through the same situation, I find keeping myself busy (since im student, school work keeps me busy), being around people who care about you, and sleeping seems to be working for me. |

Stay away from alcohol for sure it only makes things worse, staying busy and surrounding yourself with fun outgoing people to keep your mind occupied always helped me. |

My heartbreak usually turns into a full blow funk, so . . . I can only tell you what NOT to do:
Do NOT constantly talk about your situation.
Do NOT sit by yourself and think alone.
Do NOT do mindless things all day like play on the computer.
That's the best I can do. Hope that helps. |
