Your husband didn't want his friends giving him a hard time, had he had deterred the action. Most normal guys drool over a nude woman dancing provocatively in front of them, even if they are married. However, the rules are, they can look for fun but not touch. He was probably just amused by the whole incident.
Don't be too upset with him. If he had stopped her from doing that, the guys would not have been happy. Also, just because your husband looked at that woman, along with his friends, doesn't mean he was cheating. He was just being one of the guys. At least you know that your husband is normal.

The best way to make him realize is by hiring a male stripper and calling some friends(girls only) one night and let him witness that.
