i never close my eyes when i kiss you. |

IGNORANCE !!!!
|
perhaps, it's because it's awkward to look at someone that close. besides, you can't really see someone when your that close to their face. another reason may be so you don't get your eye poked by their nose. LOL!
also because It's a reflex to protect our eyes. You may notice if anything gets too close to them, they automatically close.
It allows us to focus on the experience and not outside distractions.
It makes kissing all that much better - something to do with cutting out the other senses to amplify one sensation.
Also, it is very offputting if the person you are kissing has their eyes open.. it's like they're not paying full attention to you ! |

I always keep at least one eye on my enemy.
ADD: See, now you know why I married her. |

It is too close for our eyes to focus and therefore becomes painful.
Closing eyes is a natural response to avoid discomfort. |

It's a sign of trust. You're making yourself vulnerable in front of them. |

We don't all close our eyes when we kiss. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't.
When I do, it's to focus on the kiss and savor it. |

this is because the most "BEAUTIFUL THING IN THIS WORLD IS UNSEEN".
we close our eyes for those important moments because we are simply deep in thought. we 're simply lost in our minds and wrapped in our emotions and also we concentrate and focus the best with our eyes closed . it blanks out the whole world and we diffuse to ourselves. |

Well, I like to look at my husband - however there are moments I want to get lost in.
I do not want my eyes open with everything going on around us, I just want to enjoy
that one moment between myself and my husband. and it causes you to use all
those other senses that we have that we rarely use. |

Because a high percentage of people will be fantasising about kissing someone else at the time! Plus the fact some people get freaked out when you kiss them with your eyes open, and others get mad if you don't...swings and roundabouts- its all down to the folks doing the kissing!! |

Ebcause it just adds too the effect and the momment... and u know I think we like to imagine what they look like then seeing a nose in ur face. Also looking into her or his eyes is also an option that is very romantic |

Because your eyes can't focus at 2 inches. It's physically impossible. Your lover's face would be a blur and yet your eyes will naturally 'try' to focus. That's distracting. So you close them, shut out that stimulus and allow your senses to concentrate on those that can function such as taste, scent, touch and even hearing. |
