You should ask your wife what she thinks you should do. After all, it's her life that's being affected, too. Explain to her that you just didn't expect her to age and that it's nothing personal, but you just like the way teenage girls look better. I'm sure she'll understand and will probably give you her blessing.

Most men have an evolved predisposition to be more attracted to younger women because they are more likely to conceive than older women.

As far as your situation goes: yes your hot neighbor (neighbor's daughter, more like) is probably extremely f u c k able, but bear in mind, she may not be suitable/capable/interested in a long term relationship the way your wife is. So you may ditch your wife (and I love how easy you make the process sound, because she will take everything she can possibly get in the settlement if you dump her for a younger woman, especially if you don't wait for the divorce to be finalized before shtupping the embryo next door) and after all that find out that the young girl just wanted a fling and nothing more, and you'll be left alone.

Also, bear in mind that girls that age tend be fairly lousy in bed, partly because of inexperience, partly because she's not fully comfortable with herself yet, partly because frankly she just doesn't have to be that good, especially if she's a knockout. Your wife, on the other hand, no doubt has picked up a few tricks over the years that the 17 year old can't match.

I'd stick with your wife, chief. If she's letting herself go, mention it to her, as gently as possible. I know that violates the sacred rules of love and you're going to get all kinds of flack from both her and your friends over it: "What did you marry, a brain or a body?" Well, you married both, and if she's really letting herself go, then you do have a right to confront her about it. But even if you do and she won't make more of an effort, don't boff the neighbor. It's just a bad idea all around.
