Why doesn't my husband's cousin like me?

I don't know why, I get the feeling she doesn't like me very much. She's 2 years younger than me, and she acts nice but whenever we talk, it's kind of awkward and its almost as if we have nothing to say. But, one of my husbands OTHER cousins who's the same age as her, I talk to her freely all the time. She got married recently and was sitting in the bridal room with family and friends, and I walked by and said hello and congratulations, then she asked one of her friends to close the door, and she closed it right in my face! I felt kind of insulted, I don't know if she intentionally wanted me out of there, or if she just didn't want any more people in the room. I've never done anything to hurt her or piss her off, I don't know why we don't get along....?
Could it be just because we don't have things in common, or could there be a reason she doesn't like me?

Sounds like a bit of jealousy to me. Just ignore her. Don't even attempt to communicate. You get along with the rest of the family, so having one detractor isn't going to hurt is it? If it's bothering you too much, just ask her what's the problem. |

Who knows. She might just be a b****....or you and her just dont click the way she would like...I have had that exact problem with people, and it always bothers me, because Im always nice to people....I just dont worry about it...if I do, itll drive me crazy...so dont let it bother you either!
