Why is it that when i tell my girl i love her?

But she may show it by some other gesture like does she smile back or hug u or even blush?

I have a girl who also dont say she loves me back.But by the look of the thing i see even people tell me that the lady loves me.
This girl loves you but she find it too difficult express it in words so i encourage you to live by this.
My question is that HAVE PUT HER TO SOME TEST TO PROVE HER LOVE.
For instance pretend that you are so sick then strike a deal with your best friend to call her using your cellphone.Let the friend exaggerate the condition of sickness as worst.
