but if a guy does it, he is considered a a hole! and is RIDICULED for his actions! MOST women i talk to say you need to think about her, she is your kids mom! well what about all the ladies sticking it to the dads out there, why don't women think of the men?

Usually the man makes more money than the woman. You have to judge each situation differently. If you are talking about child support, then I don't consider that "sticking it" to anyone. People need to be responsible and pay for the kids care. |

Divorce is suppose to be a 50-50 split of the assets than go on with your life.

i agree. and for the person who said because usually the man makes more money, a woman can get the same jobs, get the same money but most choose not too. if the husband says dont work or only get a part time then yeah he should pay. however, if one parent decides to stay home more or doesnt have the drive to provide more financially, why should a spouse pay the other spouse for that. |

I agree , the men do get a bad deal some of the time , it is hard if it is not his fault if she meets someone else it's ok for her and then he meets someone else he still pays and pays , life is not always fair , women do need to be responsible and pay for the kids care also |

It seems like this happens all the time and i don't think it is fair either. I feel it should be equal. I am a female and i am so sick of hearing about how the ladies get everything and men get stuck with all the damage. I must be one of the rare women who would think about my ex. Well I would say because usually there are kids involved and the mother usually has sole custody of them. So this is usually why hon.
It seems to be a double edged sword for men. It seems to be the norm.
There are fathers that do get custody of there kids and they stick it to the mom. These cases are just not that common. Just because there is a Mom doesn't mean she has to have sole custody in my opinion or needs to get huge sums of money and property. But like I said above this is usually for the kids not the woman. |
